Jaime Eduardo Garzón Forero (Sumapaz Cundinamarca, 10 de agosto de 1960 † Bogotá 13 de agosto de 1999) fue un periodista y humorista colombiano. A su trabajo en televisión se sumó su papel como negociador de paz, además de haber ocupado algunos cargos públicos. Murió asesinado al parecer por grupos paramilitares en 1999, aunque los hechos que rodearon su muerte no han sido esclarecidos. Es la compilación de todos los personajes que encarnó El humorista más agudo de la televisión colombiana.
