Clara is a hospice nurse with an obstinate patient and whose daughter is moving away, causing her to question her place in this world. Throughout the evening, these four bicker, bond and unwittingly provide each other with the answer to their respective prayers.

Als Gunvald in seiner unbändigen Wut über seine Befugnisse hinaus schießt, wird er vom Dienst suspendiert, denn die schwedische Bevölkerung verfolgt die Jagd nach den Polizistenmördern sehr aufmerksam. In einem rasanten Showdown zeigt Gunvald aber, dass er den richtigen Riecher hatte.
