Documentary about Leipzig artist Neo Rauch, who is considered to be one of the seminal painters of his generation. Born in 1960, Rauch lost his parents in an accident while he was still a baby. He studied at the Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst in Leipzig, and rose to international fame in the 1990s. Rauch, whose paintings often revolve around notions of home, is one of the most eminent figures of the Leipzig New School.

It was first released on 2 cassettes under the name of "Lovesexy Live 1" and "Lovesexy Live 2" in Europe. People is a film shot behind closed doors in a workshop/house on the outskirts of Paris and features a dozen characters. It is based on an interweaving of scenes of moaning and sex. The house is the characters' common space, but the question of ownership is distended, they don't all inhabit it in the same way. As the sequences progress, we don't find the same characters but the same interdependent relationships. Through the alternation between lament and sexuality, physical and verbal communication are put on the same level. The film then deconstructs, through its repetitive structure, our relational myths.

V San Franciscu začala pracovat jako zpěvačka v nočním klubu, a po čase se tam setkala se svou velkou dětskou láskou, atraktivním mladým mužem Spencerem Hillem. Ten je však bohužel "zadaný". Vyznají si vzájemně lásku, ale uvědomují si, že jejich cesty se rozcházejí a oni po nich nemohou jít společně. Po letech tvrdé práce a vytrvalosti se Crystal podařilo zúročit svůj neuvěřitelný talent a získat slávu i velké jmění. Jenže láska miliónů fanoušků, kteří ji zbožňují, nikdy nemůže nahradit lásku Spencera Hilla, po které Crystal tak zoufale touží.
