بعد أن بدأ الجنرال المجنون جاك دي ريبر ضربة نووية على الاتحاد السوفيتي ، حاولت غرفة حرب مليئة بالسياسيين والجنرالات والدبلوماسي الروسي جميعًا بشكل محموم وقف الضربة النووية.
