Lala Khurana is the uncrowned king of Delhi and he runs it with the help of a Member of Parliament, & the Director General of Police. His advocate Chintamani Chaubey wants him to contest the next elections, ensuring his win, and making his own laws, appointing his own police officers, who will do his bidding, carrying on without any checks and balance. Khurana likes this idea, but feels he is getting too old, but would like his son, Devendra Kumar, to run and be the next State Chief Minister.

  欧阳震华的另一部激情戏作品《二奶村之杀夫》(又名《路边的野花不要采》)用了大部份的时间来铺陈剧情,真正意义上的激情戏集中于一场,由欧阳震华与饰演他情妇的女演员共同完成,该场戏女演员有较为大胆的裸露,但欧阳震华并不是一个“以色夺人”的演员,所以他没有选择直白的裸露,而是以眼神及动作去演出那种激情的感觉。欧阳震华在此片中的角色也与他日后的招牌戏路背道而驰,演的是一个在老婆与情人间一脚踏两船最后被精神崩溃的妻子所杀的“烂仔”角色。
