Un ex-fuorilegge, mentre tenta di sfuggire alla spietata caccia degli "sparvieri", suoi antichi compagni di malefatte, si imbatte in un bizzarro vagabondo, il quale, apparentemente senza alcun motivo, gli si affianca nel combattere gli sparvieri.
