In a spoof of 1972's The New Scooby-Doo Movies, Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Inc. gang pick up a hitchiking Gary Coleman. Soon after, the Mystery Machine proceeds to break down (multiple times) leaving them stranded at a haunted castle owned by David Cross.

Ο τρόμος αρχίζει στη Χαβάι, όπου ο Scooby-Doo και ο Σάγκι ξεψαχνίζουν το μενού μέχρι που ένα τεράστιο ερπετό προσπαθεί να τους καταπιεί πιο γρήγορά από ότι να πεις Το Τέρας της Θάλασσας Επιτίθεται. Στο Ο Σκούμπι Ντου στο Νότιο Πόλο, ένας φιλικός πιγκουίνος προσκαλεί την παρέα της Μυστήριο Α.Ε. να επισκεφθεί το πολικό του σπίτι, του τυχαίνει να είναι στοιχειωμένο από ένα φάντασμα των πάγων! Μετά, η παρέα συναντάει το μουσικό συγκρότημα Smash Mouth ενώ επισκέπτονται την Αυστραλία για να δουν το Σάγκι και το Scooby να διαγωνίζονται στο χτίσιμο κάστρων στην άμμο στο Κάστρα Στην Άμμο! Και ενώ είναι πλέον σίγουροι ότι είναι ασφαλές μπουν στο νερό βρίσκουν το μπελά του!
Ο Σκούμπι Ντου και η παρέα του κερδίζουν ένα πακέτο διακοπών σε έναν τροπικό παράδεισο. Μα οι προσδοκίες τους για χαλάρωση διαψεύδονται, όταν διαπιστώνουν ότι ο προορισμός τους είναι ένα νησί που τους είναι τρομακτικά οικείο.
Στη δεύτερη συνέχεια της κωμικής σειράς του Φαντομά, ο γνωστός κακοποιός και ειδικός στις μεταμφιέσεις, απαγάγει τον διακεκριμένο επιστήμονα, καθηγητή Μαρσάντ, προκειμένου να αναπτύξει ένα νέο ισχυρό όπλο και να απειλήσει τον κόσμο. Ο Φαντομάς προγραμματίζει επίσης να απαγάγει και άλλον έναν επιστήμονα, τον καθηγητή Λεφέβρ. Ο δημοσιογράφος Φαντόρ αποφασίζει να στήσει μια παγίδα για τον ασύλληπτο κακοποιό. Μεταμφιέζεται ως Λεφέβρ και παρευρίσκεται σε ένα επιστημονικό συνέδριο στη Ρώμη περιμένοντας πως ο Φαντομάς θα τον απαγάγει.
Το "Degeneration" συνεχίζει εφτά χρόνια μετά τα γεγονότα που συνέβησαν στην Raccoon City όπως διαδραματίζονται στα παιχνίδια. Ο λιμός των Ζόμπι έχει σταματήσει... ή μήπως όχι; Όχι ακριβώς επειδή αυτό που εμφανίζεται για ένα γεύμα στο αεροδρόμιο, μοιάζει πολύ με ζόμπι. Αλλά αυτή την φορά η Εταιρία Umbrella έχει διαλυθεί, ποιος λοιπόν θα μας σώσει; Εντάξει, δεν ήταν η Umbrella που μας έσωσε την προηγούμενη φορά αλλά φαινόταν να έχουν πολλούς Κομμάντο που θα πολεμούσαν τα ζόμπι και αυτό είναι πάντα καλό όταν είσαι περιτριγυρισμένος από τους Απέθαντους.

Ko is forced to team up with a variety of other people to win out in the end. Wu Chien-lien plays Chow's romantic interest, Chingmy Yau plays a Taiwanese femme fatale, and Tony Leung provides much of the laughs.
