«پیتر پارکر» با بازی «تام هالند» به دنبال وقایع «دور از خانه» به قتل «میستریو» با بازی «جیک جیلنهال» متهم است و هویت محرمانه‌اش توسط «جی. جونا جیمسون» با بازی «جی.کی. سیمونز» در روزنامه «دیلی باگل» فاش شده است. «پیتر پارکر» برای طلب یاری نزد «دکتر استرنج» با بازی «بندیکت کامبربچ» می‌رود تا بخواهد با طلسمی اجرا کند که مردم به جز نزدیکانش فراموش کنند او «مرد عنکبوتی» است و «میستریو» را از بین برده.
