Zero sits on a cliff while he watches a strange tower firing lightning bolts, and then rises to face against what it seemed to be members Ultra Brothers, Ultraman, Robot Zoffy, Ultraman Jack and Ultraman Ace. After incapacitating the ZAP SPACY's Space Pendragon, Ultraseven joined the group as they face against Zero.

When, prehistoric monsters attack the earth, Commander Adams is asked to head up a paramilitary scientific team, which he agrees on the condition that he is provided with the general's new high-tech space craft. This is the first film adaptation of the Ultraman Ginga TV series. It was released as a double-bill with Mega Monster Rush: Ultra Frontier - Dino-Tank Hunting. Chronologically it takes place between Episode 6 & 7 of the Ultraman Ginga TV show.

Hozumi has with him a prop from the film, the titular “Brush of the God,” which transports Akari and Takuya into the world of the movie where they face fearsome Kaiju, including the legendary Yamata-no-orochi who is attempting to destroy everything. If they are to survive and get back to their homes, Akari and Takuya must find out the secret of the movie.
