I starten af filmen overrasker banden deres egentlige leder Johannes på dennes fødselsdag med en billet til en gokartbane, men da den skal indløses, opdager de at banen er lukket for renovering. Så de bryder ind, tanker benzin på bilerne og kører i stedet om kap i et nærliggende parkeringshus. Det går dog frygteligt galt, for en af dillerne kører galt og nu er gode råd dyre. Frank, som ulykkesfuglen hedder, har desperat brug for en organtransplantation fra en nær slægtning. Det viser sig dog, at den eneste donor som kan hjælpe ham er broderen og vaneforbryderen Dennis, som banden fik sat i bag tremmer i slutningen af den første film.
