Shaggy en Scooby-Doo stopten met hun tv-serie op zaterdagochtend op zoek naar Hollywood-sterrendom.
Shaggy neemt een baantje aan als gymleraar op een lagere school. Helaas merkt hij te laat op dat het in feite om een school voor spoken en geesten gaat, en binnen de kortste keren krijgt de hele Scooby-Doo-gang het aan de stok met de slechte Revolta, die de spoken van de school wil hypnotiseren en voor haar eigen slechte doeleinden wil gebruiken.
Matsu arriveert in de gevangenis en wordt meteen zwaar onder handen genomen door de gemene bewakers. Wanneer ze naar de binnenplaats wordt geleid valt ze de hoofdcipier aan. Deze neemt wraak door alle gevangenen te straffen voor haar daad waardoor ook zij zich tegen Matsu zullen keren. Dit verloopt niet geheel volgens plan.
