Så er der fred og ro i skoven igen. Der er ingen modbydelige jægere, der truer dyrerne og ingen modbydelige turister. Og så er det vel tid til en rigtig mandetur med drengene, ikke sandt? Det mener Boog i hvert fald, men det viser sig hurtigt, at alle de andre fyre ikke rigtig har tid til at tage med. Ikke en gang Boogs trofaste følgesvend Elliot! Boog tager derfor af sted på mandetur alene og her støder han ind i et omrejsende russisk cirkus. Og de har oven i købet en bjørn, Doug, der ligner Boog på en prik! De to bjørne er begge træt af deres liv, så de beslutter sig for at bytte plads. Det går naturligvis HELT galt.

De små kryb er blevet væsentligt mere ondskabsfulde og virker mere sygelige end i de første to film, hvilket giver filmen lidt ekstra kant. Men i sidste ende er den ikke så opfindsom og det hele går lidt i selvsving. Sjovt med en meget ung Leonardo DiCaprio i sin første film!
"Maintenance by any Means" is about two maintenance men vying for the position of maintenance supervisor in an apartment complex. The maintenance men must compete with each other in order to get the job left open by the former Maintenance Supervisor. They need evaluations by the people who live at the apartments for every work order they finish. The problem is the renters themselves. Each one they run into has their own set of interesting problems. The maintenance men soon discover that a positive review may be hard to come by. Fixing broken down items in the apartments is the least of their worries. Finally one of the maintenance men must win the contest, by any means.
As the months pass through her, Mai gives us a glimpse into old age that explores between being abandoned and being belonged, passing the time and living the time.
